Seven of our students were selected to represent Sheffield Schools at the South Yorkshire Track & Field Athletics Competition, competing against the very best athletes from Doncaster, Rotherham and Barnsley. Selection alone is a significant achievement, but our athletes went on to deliver some exceptional results.

Freya secured an impressive 1st place in the 800m, while Sophie followed with an excellent 2nd place in the same event. Lacey also claimed 1st place in the 300m, demonstrating outstanding speed and determination.

Ellie competed strongly in the field events, achieving 2nd place in Discus and 4th place in Shot Put, while Anaya earned a well-deserved 3rd place in the 100m. Lily produced a commendable performance to finish 5th in the 800m and David showed great effort in a competitive field, placing 11th in the 100m.
