To ensure a broad curriculum we require two choices to be from particular combinations of subjects, these are:

• One Humanity and one Language
• One Humanity and one Creative
• One Language and one Creative

The third option can be any subject.

• Humanity subjects are History and Geography
• Creative subjects are Fine Art, Graphic Communication, Photography, 3D Design, Food and Nutrition, Drama, Textiles and Music
• Available languages are Arabic, French, German, Spanish and Urdu
• Additional subjects are BTEC award in Health and Social Care, BTEC Tech Award in sport, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Creative iMedia, Food and Cookery Skills and Physical Education

Some students also take a qualification in their home language as an additional qualification. This is not part of the options process but information on this route (known as HOLA) can be found here.
